[Ncep.list.wwatch3.discussion-group] Deadline for WW3 v6 Public Release is October 17

Jessica,
can you give me up to October 19? I'll be at ESA/ESTEC next week for 
SKIM fnishing meetings on Wed. I've done half of the work on the 
mssxtomssu branch. I was thinking to do the changes the manual for the 
variables description in that same branch ... or do you prefer to have 
it separate?
