[Ncep.list.wwatch3.discussion-group] Deadline for WW3 v6 Public Release is October 17

Hi Everyone -

Just some quick reminders:

   - *Deadline for new features is October 17th for the v6 public release.*
   The public release branch will be created on October 17th at which point
   only bug fixes and documentation updates will be accepted.
   - If there are known bugs/issues that have been reported on the
redmine issue
   page <https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/issues> those
   should be in by October 17th.
   - The deadline for documentation is November 1st.
   - To submit to the master please email the branch name and answers to
   questions from the check list here
   <https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/wiki/Checklist_for_submitting_to_master>.

   - To see which branches are in line to be reintegrated to the master see
   the wiki page here
   <https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/wiki#Upcoming-commits>.
