[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming NEMS commit: documentation-only update

Hello all,

The documentation update is in.  Also, there are some updates from Valbona
Kunkel to the configuration documentation.  The documentation is in
NEMS/doc, and can also be seen here:

https://www.emc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems-doc

If you have visited the page in the last few days, it is likely that your
browser is caching some or all of the old documentation.  If you clear your
browser's cache and reload the webpage, you should see the new
documentation.  You will know you are looking at the new documentation if
there is a "Multi-App Regression Test" page in the "User's Guide and
Reference" section in the navigation bar at the left side of the page.
