[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming NEMS commit: documentation-only update

Hello all,

The NEMS/doc directory will be updated sometime early next week with
instructions on how to run the multi-app regression test system.  Also,
some reference nightly test crontabs will be added to
NEMS/tests/nightly/cron.  The NEMS branch with the changes is
*nems-multi-app-doc*.  We do not run the regression test system for
documentation-only commits.  Testing of this documentation is being done
right now by some "backup NEMS code managers" running the multi-app
regression test system off of the new documentation.
