[Ncep.list.nems.announce] NEMSGSM + GOCART commits for GOCART bug fix

Hi all,

The aforementioned bug fixes are committed.  NEMSGSM/trunk revision 94817
and aerosol/chem/trunk revision 94798

Look forward to more bug fixes next week after the WCOSS upgrade.
