[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming NEMS commits

Hi all,

There are five upcoming NEMS commits.  One of them is an emergency commit,
tonight.  Note that commits #2 and #5 will change the NEMS source code.  No
commits are expected to change the results of the GSM or FV3 standalone,
but we will test that regardless.

1. Correct paths to ptmp on WCOSS Cray in NEMSfv3gfs and NEMS.

2. Create WW3-GSM app.  Add two wave variables (wave_z0_roughness_length
and wave_bottom_current_period) to the NUOPC FieldDictionary in
module_EARTH_GRID_COMP.F90.

3. FV3 jet release.

4. Additional documentation in the NEMS/doc directory.

5. Mediator changes from Patrick Tripp for the app formerly known as
UGCS-Seasonal.  Details to be sent out later.
