[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Emergency NEMS Commit for Luna Support Tonight

Hi all,

As previously announced, I'm updating the test systems for the NEMSfv3gfs
so they work on WCOSS Cray after the filesystem changes.  They should still
work without the changes, via the magic of "if" statements, just in case
there is an emergency production switch.  The commits will go in the moment
the tests are complete.  Tests are running here:

    /gpfs/hps3/emc/nems/noscrub/Samuel.Trahan/fv3-trunk

The NEMSCompsetRun is complete.  The rt.sh is running now.  I am only
running tests on the WCOSS Cray because the modified code is only reached
on WCOSS Cray.

The changes:

1. rt.sh - uses /gpfs/hps3/[sp]tmp if present, or /gpfs/hps/[sp]tmp
otherwise

2. NEMS/NEMSCompsetRun - will search all six possible ptmp and stmp
locations for the least full scrub area.
