[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket #93, "Fix an issue in the Digital Filter Initialization (DFI) application to sfc, flx and nst variables"

Dear All,

GSM Trunk has been updated to include changes described in Ticket #93
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/93> to fix an issue in the
Digital Filter Initialization (DFI) for NSST application.  GSM trunk is
updated to revision 77707
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/browser/trunk>.

*As always please update your branches accordingly.* Just as a reminder, to
update your branch, use the following command if at the top of the working
copy of your branch (*using the --dry-run option first*, just to be safe):

svn merge --dry-run https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/trunk .

If all goes well, do the actual merge:

svn merge https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/trunk .

Then commit back to your branch.
