[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket #93, "Fix an issue in the Digital Filter Initialization (DFI) application to sfc, flx and nst variables"

Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #93
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/93>:"Fix an issue in the
Digital Filter Initialization (DFI) application to sfc, flx and nst
variables"

This update involves both GSM and NEMS.  It will not affect GSM forecasts
if NSST is turned off.
