[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 97: Add ozone initialization and calculation, and stratospheric H2O in physics driver and ticket 96: Adding stochastic physics into the physics driver

Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #97: add
ozone initialization and calculation, and stratospheric H2O in physics
driver(See Trac ticket #97 <https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/97>)
and ticket 96: Adding stochastic physics into the physics driver (See Trac
ticket #96 <https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/96>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
h <https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/jun/ldfi_grd_sp>
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/PhysDrvII
If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Hang Lei.

The changes will be committed between 10-11AM tomorrow, Aug 5. You are
encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
