[Ncep.list.nems.announce] nems trunk commit

Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the NEMS trunk involving ticket Ticket
#96 Adding stochastic physics into the physics driver and Ticket #97: Add
ozone initialization and calculation, and straospheric H2O in physics
driver.

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:

This version is built based on the latest trunk.
The regression tests results and compiling output are included.

It is noted that the physics driver is turned off in current trunk as the
default option. You can turning it on by modify the variable 'use_nuopc
=.true.' in compns_physics.f.

If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Hang Lei.

You are encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
