[Ncep.list.nems.announce] trying to understand a recent NEMS commit...

All,

The ncep.list.emc.nems.tickets at lstsrv.ncep.noaa.gov should only be used as
notification when NEMS tickets are updated. And that should be done
automatically by the ticketing system.

The ncep.list.nems.announce at lstsrv.ncep.noaa.gov was created for use by
NEMS developers to send 'blanket' announcements, whether for announcing
planned commits or asking general questions.

If any of you find you are not getting emails from one or both of the
listservs mentioned above, please let me know and I will add you to the
subscription list.
