*E2 News Flash - **DOC Policy Change for Hotel/Rental Car Only Reservation
TMC Transaction Fees*

Effective January 03, 2018 Travel Management Center (TMC) Transaction Fees
for Hotel/Rental Car only reservations will be charged to the Centrally
Billed Account (CBA). This change in policy ensures all TMC Fees are
charged the same and will solve the recent problem of having the personal
card or IBA decline when the fee is assessed.



   - For all *new* Hotel/Rental Car only reservations made on/after January
   3, 2018 the TMC Transaction Fee Pay To Method will default to Agency
   Billed


   - For Hotel/Rental Car only reservations booked before January 3, 2018
   where travel begins after January 3, 2018, although the authorization
   will show the Pay To Method as Traveler, CWT/SATO will be manually
   diverting these charges to CBA
