The Group Travel for the National Weather Association (NWA) 42nd Annual
Meeting, September 16-21, 2017, Garden Grove, CA has been approved.

*Note the following information:*


   - Travelers may now register
   <https://reg.abcsignup.com/s_reg/reg_registration_maintenance.aspx?ek=0077-0003-30712d4fe0514dc88dadfaec535cd587>using
   their Government issued travel card.


   - Check the NWA Google spreadsheet
   <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yKkQsR88XljQbP6Lsr58Y_fKH1knoNFBA952rEUB0wA/edit#gid=1218058266>
(Column
   L) to ensure the 75% of the M&IE ($64) for the first and last day of travel
   has been deducted.


   - If attending Wednesday, September 20th luncheon, please check the NWA
   Google spreadsheet
   <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yKkQsR88XljQbP6Lsr58Y_fKH1knoNFBA952rEUB0wA/edit#gid=1218058266>
(Column
   L) to ensure the $16 (lunch per diem) is deducted from the M&IE.


   - Actual costs will be audited and therefore it's imperative that the
   M&IE for the first and last day of travel and lunch is deducted.


   - Tax exempt will be accepted at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. Please
   have the traveler to present his/hers travel orders when checking-in at the
   hotel.


   - If the traveler is not able to secure a room in one of the NWA blocks
   at the Hyatt Regency Orange County, please fill out this Google form
   <https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdTuIwubvtbsNUyP-DJZvPkeZQTNfJm7liRCNYY_g8eoilaPg/viewform>
   by* COB Friday, August, 8th*. NWA will try to accommodate more rooms in
   the block.
