[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] Discontinuing Theia GDA real-time population November 1st

All,

As Theia will be going away soon I will now be discontinuing the real-time
population of the global dump archive (GDA) there. I will not remove the
files that are currently there for older dates but will no longer be
sending over new real-time data from WCOSS. I plan to discontinue the push
this Friday, November 1st.

Please let me know if you happen to be using the real-time data in the GDA
on Theia by COB tomorrow, Thursday the 31st.
