[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] New version of ROCOTO available on WCOSS

A new release candidate of ROCOTO v1.3.0 is now available on WCOSS for your
use:

*Gyre/Tide*
module use /usrx/local/emc_rocoto/modulefiles
module load lsf rocoto/1.3.0rc2

*Surge/Luna*
module use /usrx/local/emc_rocoto/modulefiles
module load rocoto/1.3.0rc2

*Venus/Mars*
module use /usrx/local/dev/emc_rocoto/modulefiles
module load lsf/10.1 ruby/2.5.1 rocoto/1.3.0rc2


This version incorporates a number of updates to ROCOTO for functionality
and ease of use. The rocotocomplete function is my favorite I think. It
will set tasks to the "SUCCEEDED" status and is used similarly to other
commands by providing the database path, xml path, cycle, and task to set
to complete.
