Dear all,

After Sam's commit, I will commit the tentative fv3 release to NEMSfv3gfs
trunk. This release version currently works on wcoss_cray and theia. Sam
will make another commit for the release version working on jet.

Please see fv3gfs ticket 15 for details in the code changes:

https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/fv3gfs/ticket/15

The major change is that a new directory release/v0 is added under
NEMSfv3gfs trunk with required scripts, parm files and source code ..etc. A
readme file (release/v0/readme.txt) contains information on how to run an
experiments and Q&A about this release.

I will make the commit tomorrow morning around 10-11AM. After I commit, I
will need some volunteers to test this release on wcoss cray and theia.
Please let me know if you can volunteer.

Thanks.

Jun
