Dear all,

NCWCP helpdesk is working on limiting fv3 repository read access. With
current svn repository configuration, restricting fv3 trunk read access
from public causes many fv3 developers to lose fv3 trunk read access. We
are discussing with helpdesk to find a solution.

At this time, following updates were made to support fv3 development:

1) an fv3 branch copied from current trunk (committed on 20170426 with
revision number 91980) is created at:

 https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/fv3/branches/trunk_20170426_r91980

If you have access to fv3 branches, you will be able to see this branch.

2) the fv3 apps NEMSfv3gfs was previously linked to an fv3 trunk revision.
Now the NEMSfv3gfs trunk is updated to link to an FV3 tag:

https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/apps/NEMSfv3gfs/trunk

Before:
NEMS -r90943 https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/trunk
FV3 -r91980 https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/fv3/trunk

Now:
NEMS -r90943 https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/trunk
FV3
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/fv3/tags/trunk_20170426_r91980

Please let me know if you have further questions. Thanks.
