[Ncep.list.emc.monsoondesk] GFS-HR(SL) restart error

Dear Sir,

I am trying to restart the run of GFS-HR(T574-SL).

Restart files for 96 hrs has been created in the $COMROT/RESTART folder(restart file is written every 24 hours).

I have modified para_config_T574 file. Variable USE_RESTART is modified to YES and FHSTRT to 96. 

Forecast run restart from 96 hours. It reads sig1r96*,sig2r96*and sfcr96* without any error.
 
Model runs until it reads lonsperlat.dat file then abruptly run stopped with the following errors:
