 Changes have also been made to the following scripts to use the unified
 post, to run post for gdas forecast, and to run NSST in rocoto workflow.
 We will have more discussion on how to handle nsst, and some of the
 changes will be updated.  A test using the rocoto-based workflow was able
 to produce NSST in the forecast 2d history files in both high-res gdas and
 low-res enkf steps.
