 Rahul,

 In the early version of the trunk exglobal_fcst_fv3gfs.sh.ecf we have
    export months=${months:-0}
     export days=${days:-$((FHMAX/24))}
     export hours=${hours:-$((FHMAX-24*(FHMAX/24)))}

 The recent commit has hours was changed to
   hours = ${hours:-$FHMAX}

 we need to reverse this change back to the early version.
