[Ncep.hmon] Jet disk clean-up

Hi All,

We have started the experiments for FY20 HWRF baseline for EP storms and
phase2 upgrades on jet. could please clean up and delete all unwanted files
on:
/lfs1/projects/hwrfv3
and especially on
/lfs3/projects/hwrfv3 since we have some issues to run the expt. on /lfs1.
