[Ncep.hmon] Jet disk clean-up

Hi All,

We will soon start to run experiments for FY20 HWRF baseline for EP storms
and phase2 upgrades on jet. could please clean up and delete all unwanted
files on:
/lfs1/projects/hwrfv3
/lfs3/projects/hwrfv3
