[WAM-IPE] Fwd: [Ncep.list.nems.announce] Cleaning space on Theia emc.nemspara's noscrub

Within the head WAM-IPE directory
(/scratch4/NCEPDEV/nems/noscrub/emc.nemspara/RT/WAM-IPE) I think we only
need to keep WAM-IPE_NEMS201606-20170302 as far as I know -- the others can
be cleared. Alternatively, we can just store those in our own space...
there's no real need for emc.nemspara to have the write access to those.
