[WAM-IPE] question about WAM-IPE repository history

Naomi,

The external for each component is whatever resides inside the application
svn:externals property.  To edit the WAM-IPE trunk externals,

svn propedit svn:externals
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/apps/WAM-IPE/trunk
