[WAM-IPE] new Raffaele's version with 2D decomposition: 1day run comparison

Dear Raffaele and all,

I finally finished the 1day test runs using the new Raffaele's version with
the 2D decomposition and new mesh (for our next milestone0.7). The 2
different runs with the layout 1X80 and 2X40 were compared. They look
visually reasonable.

Again, b4b were not confirmed between the two runs because of the order the
regridding coefficient were calculated.
