Hi Weiyu,

  The problem is that someone recompiled SMS with a more recent version of the intel compiler.  Try switching SMS in the IPE and IPELIB directories to point to:
/scratch3/NCEPDEV/swpc/noscrub/sms/SMSr825-intel_14.0.2-mpi_5.1.2.150  and then recompile.  Alternatively, you can change everything to compile with Intel/16. However, I haven’t been able to run when I compile with that version of the compiler yet.
