[Ncep.list.wwatch3.discussion-group] VLab is down

Hi Everyone,

There have been data center issues again and VLab is down.  It will
hopefully not be as long of an outage as last time, but will probably be a
while. I will let you know when we have gotten the word that VLab is back
up again.
