[Ncep.list.wwatch3.discussion-group] WW3 Trunk Updated and other announcements

Hi Everyone,

*The WW3 trunk has been updated* with updates made for the NCEP
operations.
Changes include fixed labels for point output files and increased
resolution for WM0 tabular output.
This does not include changes for ww3_gint which will be included at a
later time.

*A few important dates and reminders: *

*Wednesday, September 20th 10:30am Eastern*
Development Call with presentation on Wave DA at NOAA by Stelios Flampouris

*Tuesday, October 3rd*
SVN WW3 Code Freeze (please try to have your trunk updates ready by the
27th or 28th of September)

*Oct 5th-ish GIT for WW3 will be ready.  *Hopefully this will be the last
date change for the GIT transition.
