[Ncep.list.outagereports] NCEP Daily Outage Report for 01/05/2015

All, The HRRR fcst job has hung up 4 times since January 2.  These job
hangs have had the following impacts.

-1/2 17Z HRRR up to 70 minutes late
-1/2 18Z HRRR cancelled
-1/3 11Z HRRR up to 61 minutes late
-1/3 12Z HRRR cancelled
-1/3 17Z HRRR up to 72 minutes late
-1/3 18Z HRRR cancelled
-1/4 05Z HRRR up to 75 minutes late

NCO. IBM, EMC, and GSD were all engaged in troubleshooting the job hangs
over the weekend, however no definitive root cause has been verified.
Troubleshooting will continue today.
