[Ncep.list.outagereports] NCEP Daily Outage Report for 01/06/2015

The 05Z HRRR fcst job hung up and caused a 20 minute delay in 05Z HRRR
products.

Troubleshooting information was gathered and saved during the hang.  This
information will be looked at today by developers and SAs to try and find
the root cause of these hangs.
