[Ncep.list.outagereports] NCEP Daily Outage Report for 02/26/2015 - SWPC Primary System Outage

SWPC is reporting that all their primary systems are down due to a 
failed reprotect fail over.  Impact; no SWPC products have been issues 
since 2/25 1900Z.  They have degraded solar surveillance capability.   
Multiple agencies are investigating.
