[Ncep.list.ntbn_nbuild] AWIPS2 17.2.1 RHEL7 Upgrade on NTBN

Brianna,

As Doug was explaining this today, the conf line hung up. So we missed most
of the details. Bottom line, do we know what caused this and are there
steps or procedure changes that will prevent this from happening on OPCN
and HPCN.
