[Ncep.list.nos-nowcoast-status] NOAA nowCOAST Status Message - IMPORTANT - Redirect postponed

The scheduled redirect of nowcoast.noaa.gov from the present nowCOAST
instance at NWS/NCEP/NCO IDP Data Centers to the new open-source nowCOAST
on AWS has been postponed tentatively to Wednesday,  April 5, 2023.
