The nowCOAST Development Team have been working on setting up a new
nowCOAST instance on a commercial public cloud for over two years.  The new
instance is also built upon open-source software.

nowCOAST operations which have been hosted in NWS/NCEP Central Operation's
on-premise IDP Data Centers since 2015 will be switched to this new
cloud-based nowCOAST instance in early April 2023. Some datasets presently
on nowCOAST will not be initially available when the switch occurs due to
time and resource constraints.

Information about how to transition to the new cloud-based nowCOAST will be
provided to users and partners in early 2023.
