NOAA/NESDIS has made the decision to resume production of several GOES-East
imagery products used by nowCOAST that became unavailable following the
decommissioning of GOES-13 earlier this week.  The replacement products are
now using data from GOES-16.

Thus, as of approximately 3PM EST, nowCOAST is once again processing and
displaying Visible, Shortwave Infrared, and Longwave Infrared imagery for
the GOES-East coverage area at 1km, 30-minute resolution.

Unfortunately, due to software limitations and slight differences in
content, Water Vapor imagery for the GOES-East coverage area will continue
to remain unavailable for the time being.  If these issues can be
addressed, we will attempt to add this data again in the future.

These changes affect nowCOAST's *sat_meteo_imagery_time* map service;
specifically, layers 0 - 3 and 8 to 15 will once again contain coverage for
both GOES-West and GOES-East footprints.

We would like to thank NESDIS and NCEP/NCO Dataflow for working to resume
operational dissemination of these products.
