Latest forecast guidance from NOAA's Extratropical Surge and Tide
Operational Forecast System (ESTOFS)  are still unavailable on nowCOAST due
to an incompatibility arising from the ESTOFS-Atlantic Version 2.0.1
upgrade which occurred on  Apr 25, 2017.  NCO and nowCOAST Team plan to
implement a fix on May 2, 2017 in conjunction with the nowCOAST v5.0.8
update. ESTOFS should be available from nowCOAST by the end of the day on May
2nd.   In the meanwhile, users of nowCOAST map viewer can view latest
ESTOFS forecast guidance at http://www.opc.ncep.noaa.
gov/estofs/estofs_surge_info.shtml and http://www.opc.ncep.noaa.
gov/estofs/estofs_pacific_surge_info.shtml
