NCO has completed core Internet router upgrade work and availability of
nowCOAST map services has largely been restored.

ESTOFS predictions are still unavailable, but this issue arose from the
Estofs_atl.v2.0.1 update that preceded the core Internet router upgrade
work.  The nowCOAST team is working with NCO to implement a solution.

The MRMS 24HR QPE (qualitative precipitation estimate) is still unavailable.
