The new version of nowCOAST that was scheduled for implementation on or 
about Oct. 5th will be instead be deployed today.  The implementation 
date was moved up in case a Critical Weather Day is declared next week 
which would postpone the deployment.

Users may experience intermittent service interruptions and/or short 
periods of data update delays from approximately 10:45 AM to 2:00 PM EDT 
today.
