NOAA/NOS nowCOAST Status Message

The Watches/Warnings/Advisories displayed on nowCOAST are once again
updating and being displayed properly.

Our thanks to NWS CRH for making an alternative data feed available, and to
NCEP/NCO Dataflow for implementing the required operational changes.
