The issue associated with the upstream data provider's server which
caused intermittent,  brief outages (5 min to ~1hr) of tropical cyclone
forecast information (i.e. track, intensity, and cone of uncertainty) on
nowCOAST's map services and map viewer was resolved at approximately 18
UTC Monday, Sept. 28th.  Thanks to NWS/NCEP Central Operations for
diagnosing and fixing the problem.
