NOAA's nowCOAST continues to experience intermittent, brief outages of NWS
tropical cyclone forecast information (i.e. track and intensity forecasts,
cone of uncertainty) for both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans on its map
services and map viewer due to issues with an upstream data provider's
servers.  The duration of these outages ranges between 5 minutes to ~1 hour.

Solutions to prevent these outages are expected to be implemented after the
present Critical Weather Day ends at 12 UTC Sept.29th and before October
6th.
