[Ncep.list.nems.announce] rsync of NEMS Regression Test files is underway

Hi all,

You may  have noticed that the NEMS Regression Test files in Gyre/Surge are
missing the last two-ish months of updates.  I am rsyncing them over from
Tide/Luna now.  This will probably take all day to complete.
