[Ncep.list.nems.announce] reminder: /gpfs/hps links vanish Monday

Hi all,

Just a reminder.  All development symbolic links in /gpfs/hps/ will be
deleted Monday.  Note that /gpfs/hps/cpc, /gpfs/hps/emc, and /gpfs/hps/swpc
are all included.  You need to update your scripts to use the new
locations.
