[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Outstanding access requests?

Hi all,

We have surveyed the NEMS community to see who lacks access to an account
or repository.  Please check the spreadsheet below to make sure your access
requests are correctly listed.

This spreadsheet only lists access you DO NOT have.  If you already have
access to a repository, then it should not be on the list.
