[Ncep.list.nems.announce] still rsyncing compset/regtest data

Hi,

Transfers have completed.  I have synced these directories on Gyre/Surge
from Tide/Luna:

/nems/noscrub/emc.nemspara/RT
/gpfs/hps/emc//nems/noscrub/emc.nemspara/RT

This one was already synced, according to rsync:

/gpfs/hps/emc//nems/noscrub/emc.nemspara/FV3GFS_V0_RELEASE
