[Ncep.list.nems.announce] still rsyncing compset/regtest data

Hi all,

If you have tried to run any compsets or regression tests since last night
on Surge or Gyre, you will have noticed that much of the data is missing.
I am still rsyncing the data from Luna/Tide, and I will send an
announcement when the transfers are complete.
