[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 107: addition of effection of advection on the condensation at 1st step

Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #107: addition
of effection of advection on the condensation at 1st step(See Trac ticket
#107 <https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/107>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
