Committed.  The revision numbers for the NEMSLegacy is 81330, for the 
NEMS trunk is 81329.

Ratko:  Could you help to copy the baseline data, since I added a new 
regression test for the NEMSIO I/O WAM test, from my directoris to your 
REGRESSION_TEST directory?  Thank you very much.

My directory at Theia:
/scratch4/NCEPDEV/nems/noscrub/Weiyu.Yang/REGRESSION_TEST

and at gyre:

/gpfs/gd1/emc/nems/noscrub/Weiyu.Yang/REGRESSION_TEST
