[Ncep.list.nems.announce] UGCS-Seasonal trunk currently produces segfault

I've compiled and run a fresh checkout of the UGCS-Seasonal application and
I am seeing a segfault.  This is an "out of the box" run using the
NEMSAppBuilder and NEMSCompsetRun.  The segfault is produced on both the 1
hour cold start and 1 day restart runs.  It passes the initialization phase
but fails soon after the start of the run phase.

Can anyone else confirm this?  Does this mean that the trunk revision
numbers need to be bumped?  Relevant run directories are below if anyone
can take a look.

1hr cold start:

1day restart:
